Meet Owlfy
Owlfy brings three things together in one desktop assistant: writing by voice, controlling your computer by voice, and having AI get work done for you. It runs quietly in the background and is one key press away in any app.
Say it, and it’s written
Section titled “Say it, and it’s written”Anywhere you can type, hold the Voice Writing key and speak. Let go, and the text appears at your cursor. Owlfy cleans up filler words and repetition, and it can rewrite in your preferred style or translate into another language before typing.
Say “uh, let’s go over the plan tomorrow at three, and bring the latest numbers” and you get one clean sentence.
Say it, and it’s done
Section titled “Say it, and it’s done”Hold the Voice Action key and say “open Slack”, “open Downloads”, or “search for weekend hiking trails”. Owlfy does it right away. Select some text and say “translate to Spanish” or “summarize in three points”, and Owlfy replaces the text if it’s editable, or shows the result in a window if it isn’t.
Prefer typing? Press Option + Space (Ctrl + Space on Windows and Linux) to open the text command bar.
Hand the big jobs to the AI Agent
Section titled “Hand the big jobs to the AI Agent”Drag files into the AI Agent and say what you need: “Summarize these three reports, compare them, and make a Word document.” It plans the steps, uses the right tools, and shows you its progress. Finished files land in the Outputs panel, ready to open.
Never lose what was said
Section titled “Never lose what was said”Double-tap the Voice Writing key to start live dictation. Record your microphone, your computer’s audio, or both. Meetings, lectures, and videos become text in your Voice Notebook. Then summarize, translate, or turn them into an email with one click, or just ask the AI: “What did we say about pricing in last week’s meeting?”

- Scheduled tasks: get a news digest every morning, or a reminder to take a break
- Mobile control: send tasks to your computer via WhatsApp or Messenger (WeChat in the China edition)
- Clipboard history: get back any text, image, or file you copied
- Your choice of model: use Owlfy’s models, connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek and others, or run local models through Ollama or LM Studio
